Shipping

In some cases, orders may be delivered via two-wheeler, depending on the area. Shipping typically takes 3-5 working days.
We are working on enabling tracking through our web portal. Currently, tracking information is provided manually via phone calls (0305-4422777) and WhatsApp message.
We offer free shipping across Pakistan, excluding restricted areas, FATA and the regions inaccessible by four-wheelers.
Payment & Billing
We accept both Cash on Delivery (COD) and Advance payments.
Invoices are generated automatically upon order confirmation and sent to you via email or WhatsApp. You can also access them through your account if you have one.
Returns & Refunds
If you did not receive the original product you ordered, you are eligible to return the item within 1 day from the date of delivery.
The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. You must also provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation.

We are shipping for free, but in case you did not accept shipment for any reason, you have to bear shipping cost.
